As Safi Cotton Tissue is a one-time-use, disposable hygiene product, it cannot be returned or exchanged after use. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
